La Semel s.n.c. nasce nel 1973
quando un'idea del titolare la trasforma da officina
conto terzista ad azienda costruttrice. Apre così un
varco nel settore della maglieria e confezione
cominciando ad introdursi nel mercato con la
realizzazione di macchine
circolari di piccolo diametro e accessori per il
controllo di capi in maglia.
Da allora cresce e si sviluppa
attenta alle esigenze del mercato, rispondendo con
disponibilità, qualità e competenza alle richieste dei
Clienti, partendo dalla filosofia "Non c'è
problema". Oggi, diffonde attraverso una
rete mondiale di agenti, tutte le sue macchine,
rivolgendosi ad un pubblico fatto di treccifici,
nastrifici ricamifici, maglifici, corderie,... e a
chiunque produca corde, trecce, nastri, piccoli tubolari,
bande,... per vasti campi di applicazione.
Recentemente nuove idee stanno
sviluppando un settore parallelo che sfrutta l'esperienza
di personale da anni introdotto nel mercato
dell'auto-attrezzatura e destinato a portare il nome
della Semel anche nel mondo
dei Go-Kart.

 Semel s.n.c. was
incorporated in 1973 when its owner
decided to convert from a workshop supplier to a
manufacturing enterprise.
An opening in the knitwear
and ready-to-wear garments industry emerged, and Semel
launched itself onto the market with
small-diameter circular machines and
accessories for checking knitwear garments. Since then, growth and
development has been steady for a company always alert to
the demands of the market, and able to satisfy
customer’s requirements, maintaining quality of
service and efficiency. Semel’s philosophy has been
"no problem!". Today, an
international network of agents means the complete range
of machines is available worldwide, aimed at
manufacturers of braid, ribbon, embroidery materials,
knitwear and cord – and to anyone, in short, who
produces cord, rop, braid, ribbons, small tubular knits,
bands etc…with many uses and applications.
As a parallel development,
Semel also intends to make known in
go-karting, thanks to recent new ideas
emerging from the auto equipment industry, and the
company’s access to long experience in that area.
